Version A: The consumer-oriented energy document of identification type A is provided on the basis, the actual energy consumption determined in the building. For this the values consumed of the last three years are needed. It gives a rough overview of the energetic data of the building the lastingness of these values depends however strongly on the behavior of the inhabitants.

Version B: The need-oriented energy document of identification type B is determined due to the actual materials blocked at the house and its building services, it is very many more exact. Into its computation many factors flow like the materials used with the production of the building cover, possibly later appropriate damming measures, the condition of the windows and the heating system. Its values make an analysis of the losses of energy and the passing on of appropriate recommendations to the houseowner for its creator possible to the energy conservation. A comparison with other buildings becomes only really meaningfully possible thereby.
